Visit the Sales Office & Models

Once you are pre-qualified, you’ll want to meet with the sales team and walk all the model homes! At this time, you can discuss all available options, and choose your floorplan.

Place your Deposit

Your earnest money deposit will be placed in an escrow account for safe keeping during the loan approval and closing process and will be applied to the final purchase price of your new home at Avila Ranch!
